| Objective:To intervented the SD rats with Non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL) by ZhiYiXiao Recipe(ZYXR),we observed the Preventional and the treatmental Effects on SD rats with NAFL,Analysised and researched the possible impact Mechanism,Provide the Scientific Experimental basis to explain the Clinical Efficacy.Methods:Fifty-four SD rats were randomly divided into six groups:normal control group,untreated group,Essentiale capsule treated group,low dose ZYXR treated group, medium dose ZYXR treated group and high dose ZYXR treated group.The pathological changes of liver tissues in rats were observed,the serum cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were detected,and the expression level of CYP2E1 mRNA in the liver were detected for contrast.Results:The rats fed by high fat diet showed bigger and heavier liver than the rats fed by common diet.And the content of serum TG and CHO was great higher than the cat in normal control group,HDL-C decreased,the expression levels of LPT and CYP2E1mRNA in rat liver raised greatly than Essentiale treated group.The case in ZYXR treated group was improved differently,and the effect of medium dose ZYXR treated group was the best,serum TG,CHO decreased significantly compared with Essentiale capsule treated group,p＜0.01.the expression levels of CYP2E1 mRNA in rat liver decreased compared with Essentiale capsule treated group,p＜0.01.And such effects in the ZYXR treated groups were more significant than those in the Essentiale treated group,(P＜0.05)Conclusions:ZYXR can Inhibit lipid deposition in rat liver,it can Effectively prevent and treat NAFLD also.ZYXR can Reduce inflammation in liver cells of rat and Improve liver function.ZYXR can improve dyslipidemia,and decreased the expression levels of CYP2E1 mRNA in liver. |
