In addition, choosed 5 cases as control. Detected the expression of ROCK-2,C-erbB-2,PR and ER in the breast infitrating ductal carcinoma and fibroadenomas with SABC immunohistochemistry, analyzed the data with pathology image analysis system (MIAS 3.0).RESULT1. The expression of ROCK-2 in the natural tissue and benigh tumor of breast is negative;2. The expression of ROCK-2 has significant differences (P<0.05) in each pathology grade(gradeI: 29.76±7.05; gradeII: 49.36±9.82; gradeIII: (68.33±7.81)and between the three grades(P<0.05), also the expression of ROCK-2 has positive relation with the pathology grade of breast cance;3. We divide the 68 cases into two groups according to lymphatic metastasis:40 cases accompanied by lymphatic metastasis; 28 cases have no lymphatic metastasis. The expression of ROCK-2 has significant difference (P<0.05)between the two groups, and the former is higher than the later;4. It also can be divided into two groups according to the expression of C-erbB-2 in all cases: 45 cases are positive expression; 23 cases are negative expression.The positive expression of ROCK-2 between the two groups has significant difference (P<0.05), and the former is highter than the later;5. We further divide the 68 cases into two groups according to the expression of ER:50 cases of positive expression;18 cases of negative expression.Between the two groups we found that the expression of ROCK-2 was not significant (P=0.204). The same method we also found that: the expression of ROCK-2 has no statistical significance between the negative and positive groups of PR expression (P=0.062).CONCLUSION1. The expression of ROCK-2 in the normal tissue and benigh tumor is negative;2. The expression of ROCK-2 in the breast infitrating ductal carcinoma has positive relation with pathology grade and lymphatic metastasis, suggested that Rho/ROCK signal transmit path may take an important advanced role in the origin, development and transfer of the breast infitrating ductal carcinoma;3. The expression of ROCK-2 has positive relation with the expression of C-erbB-2 in the breast infitrating ductal carcinoma, suggested that ROCK-2 and C-erbB-2 may take an important role in the invasion and transfer of the breast infitrating ductal carcinoma;4.
