| The Breast Cancer is one of the common tumors. The UWB communication system has a large information-carrying capacity and accurate positioning at millimeter-level, so it is applicable to detection of early Breast Cancer.The dielectric constant and conductivity vary greatly between the normal breast tissue and malignant tumors in the microwave band. This feature is the physical basis of UWB microwave detection in near-field environment for Breast Cancer. In the thesis, we establish a hemispherical breast model, set up the antenna in the approach of one transmitting and many receivings by FDTD simulation. Taking into account the inhomogeneous breast tissue and space-time focusing of time reversal, we propose TR imaging algorithm. We discuss deeply the extraction method of tumor scattering signal and imaging focusing features. Simulation results show that the TR imaging algorithm can detect tumors whose diameter are less than 10mm in the inhomogeneous breast model. |
