Scientific research is an important means to promote the development of medicine, is to ensure that disciplinary construction and development, and training medical personnel necessary measures ,is a measure of a hospital medical level, an important indicator of whether the academic standards. As chinese socialist market economy has improved by leaps and bounds ,and as medical science and technology, medical system reform, chinese medical industry and external environment has also changed dramatically. Corporate hospitals how to respond to the existing system ,to achieve sustainable development is placed in the thought of hospital management. Uneven status of the hospital research, there are some practical problems ,such as lack of research funding, research awareness of clinical staff is so weak, The path of Corporate hospitals innovation in scientific research has been moving forward with difficulty. With these problems ,we should carefully analyze the hospital's research and the status , to make effective evaluation and put forward countermeasures to solve problems and difficulties, do research management excellently, upgrade the level of technological innovation and academic level continuously, and thus create brand technology, to protect and promote the innovation spirit of technicians, Improve the scientific and technological innovation initiative of enterprise hospitals, and to form an sound interactive state of scientific research, in order to improve and enhance the management level and quality of medical research ,make hospitals in the continuing positive development status, improve the core competitiveness of corporate hospitals, to provide a scientific management experience and methods for the hospital management.Through retrospective study of corporate hospitals from 2004 to 2009 research projects completed during the six-year situation, from the nature of the subject, the academic levels of leaders, financing strength, organizational form, the complete cycle, awards, completion rates and other aspects to make the analysis ,combined with statistical situation, master the overall situation and existing problems of corporate hospitals'research management in daqing and changchun. Explore the strengths and shortcomings of corporate hospitals'research management, analyze its causes, and do with appropriate countermeasures, create a good soft environment for scientific research and promote scientific research work, to improve the quality scientific research purposes. For encourage corporate hospitals to further development of the medical research, implement the policy of "Hospital science and education" and the sustainable development strategy ,to provide objective, scientific basis.This study found many problems in corporate hospitals:1. Medical resources dedicated to research are so little, research awareness is so weak, research conditions are so poor. 2.Research management do not care, research management team is imperfect, in the implementation process there are many problems ,such as the managements are lack capacity of guide the research,the research leaders are lack of responsibility,the difficulties of collaboration between researchers,and management mechanism is not sound,then cause the low level of research subjects, high rate of repetition and low completion rates. 3. Research information does not work fully in poor information channels. 4. Talent are shortage ,scientific personnel structure is irrational ,and with lack of open communication and cooperation platform for scientific research. And to solve the above problem, we adopt the following countermeasures: 1.Set a complete establishment of research incentives. Increase the research investment ,step up publicity ,strengthen the research awareness. 2. Update the concepts of research management, increased the efforts of research management, improve conditions and create a favorable research environment. 3.Pay attention to the application of scientific research information ,strengthen the hospital information management, provide comprehensive medical research information to the majority of researchers openly and transparently ,strengthen the joint of cooperation research and the link between medical institutions. 4. Establish and perfect the talent mechanism ,pay attention to personnel training, improve the quality scientific research, train and introduce talent actively ,and play the role of elites, strengthen foreign exchange.Through policy implementation ,compared with the year between 2004 and 2006, capital investment of research projects in 2007~2009 is improved considerably, research capability has been greatly strengthened ,this shows that the incentive policy is already worked. The most gratifying is that ,both quantity and quality of subjects are significantly improved ,the quantity of high-level research projects grows exponentially, in particular, the emergence of national issues, will be bound to promote the enthusiasm of researchers greatly ,it shows that national issues are not unattainable ,with the unremitting efforts, there will be results. The personnel structure of scientific research has been significantly improved ,it shows that management policy is worked ,more researchers can dive into scientific research work, the quality of scientific research is improve greatly. Research cycle has been prolonged obviously, so by strict research management the quality will improved, increase the completion rate and increase the quality of scientific research greatly. Pay more attention to the application of scientific research information, Smooth information channel, strengthen of the joint medical institutions ,in particular, the ones with outstanding scientific research results; Often organized a study tour and postgraduate study. Information exchange and cooperation model has been markedly improved, atmosphere of the hospital's research has been more rich, through the complementary advantages, the scientific research quality of the two sides have been improved significantly. Personnel structure has been significantly improved ,academic qualifications of researchers has been improved considerably ,research capability has been greatly strengthened, it shows that our personnel policy is worked.The results of this study provides the basic ideas in discussing how to improve the hospital research companies deeply ,also make some constructive suggestions, for hospitals to maintain the sustainable development and improve the overall competitiveness ,under the conditions of market economy, provide a powerful guarantee.
