| Objective Observation of cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal injection of tuberculous meningitis (tuberculous meningitis, TBM) in patients with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) white blood cell count and protein content of the impact, and to explore its efficacy. Methods 37 cases of tuberculous meningitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and control group using regular anti-TB treatment, the treatment group, based on the use of cerebrospinal fluid replacement combined with intrathecal injection, two months after the two groups to compare efficacy of analysis. Results The results of the treatment group in improving the cerebrospinal fluid biochemical indicators were better than the control group (P< 0.05). The treatment group, the total effective rate was 100%, the cure rate was 88.45%; the control group, the total effective rate was 90.90%, the cure rate of 8%, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion cerebrospinal fluidreplacement combined with intrathecal injections in treatment of tuberculous meningitis effect is significant, can significantly improve the cure rate. |
