| Objective:1 By the analysis of abnormal liver function of elderly people in some rural areas of Jilin Province, to grasp the elderly's disease condition of abnormal liver function in these areas, and do preliminary analysis of population distribution.2 By doing analysis of the possible influencing factors on elderly people's liver function in some rural areas of Jinlin Province, to grasp the influencing factors and make some references for preventing abnormal liver function of elderly people, controlling the factors that affect liver function and improving the health level in these areas.Research method:1 The subjects were selected in 2005-2006 Jilin wulajie regional Cheng village, Palestinian Tiger Village and Town Yinma Jiutai Longjia village, Yanhe village and Red Village in 40 to 70 years old. Adopting epidemiological study methods and the cluster sampling method. Two groups people who come from Han village and Korean village were selected In each city. Doing face to face Questionnaire survey and taking biological samples to Sino-Japanese for testing. The total amount of respondents is 1070, removing the incomplete data sample, using 997 resident datas for study.2 To grasp the general situation through analysis of the data at first. Selected to study the possible factors, make non-condition stepwise logistic regression analysis on the influencing factors that were screening out by the single factor factors, and then screening the most likely factor.3 Access to relevant literature, complement and demonstrate research results, exploring the real reason that changes liver function of each factor.4 statistical methodUsing SPSS12.0 statistical package for statistical description and analysis. Combine qualitative and quantitative data to do the influencing factors research on elderly people's liver function in some rural areas of Jinlin Province, and to take literature search, field survey and other data collection methods to collect the relevant literature.Establish a database with Epidata 3.0 and input the data, check it with strict review. Sort out and analyze the data completely and accurately.Make statistical description with case number and ratio on Qualitative data, statistical inference using x2 test. Factors were analyzed by single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis. Inclusion criteria was 0.05, 0.10 were excluded.Result:1 This study investigated a total of 1070 copies, remove unqualified questionnaires, and in accordance with the purpose of this study were 997 questionnaires. Normal liver function among 832 people, accounting for 83.5%, non-normal population of 165, accounting for 16.5%. 611 women, accounting for 61.3%; male 386, accounting for 38.7%. 495 Han people, accounting for 49.5%; 502 Korean people, accounting for 50.5%.2 Percent of abnormal liver function among this study population was 16.5%, compare the variables in different research groups, we can found that, liver function is different among gender, nation, educational level and age. It shows that, different ethnic, gender, educational background and age groups means different rates of liver dysfunction.3 Do single factor logistic regression analysis, screen out the related factors initially. Screening results showed that significant factors were age, gender, education, ethnicity, smoking, alcohol consumption, drinking time, alcohol consumption, movement, BMI, etc.4 Do unconditional stepwise logistic regression analysis on meaningful factors of single factor analysis, it showed that factors brought into Equation includes gender, ethnicity, smoking, BMI, exercise, alcohol consumption, family history of hypertension, and hypertension history. Conclusions and recommendations:1 The ratio of abnormal liver function of study population was 16.5%. Men, abnormal liver function was 25.9%, 10.6% for women. There are differences between men and women. Han abnormal liver function was 10.3%, Korean 22.7%, there are differences between nations. Reason may be genetic factors, lifestyle and eating habits. Abnormal liver function is different in different age groups.2 The single factor and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking and drinking, BMI and family history of hypertension as risk factors for abnormal liver function. Movement for the liver function of protective factors3 Control of abnormal liver function should be noted on limit smoking and alcohol, weight control, strengthening the movement and focus on the medical history of hypertension and family history of hypertension population. |
