The changes under microscope were like lobular atrophy, duct expansion, cell secretion dysfunction, interstitial congestion and a little inflammatory cell infiltration as so. 3 months after ablation zone section gray, jelly-like udder see sinus area. Microscopic lobular atrophy, cell function decline, duct dilatation.Conclusion :1. Conventional radiofrequency ablation methods breastfeeding affect breast tissue of sheep with pregnancy.2. Conventional method of radiofrequency ablation with pregnancy nursing breast tissue of sheep with high security3. Radiofrequency coagulation of blood vessels around can block the blood supply to the cells within the RF environment changes, so can not properly absorb nutrients, gradually necrosis.4.
