ObjectiveTo observe the effect of pre-injection of different types of analgesic drugs on stress response during patients undergoing radical nephrectomy and the sufentani-sparing effect.Methods60 adult patients(ASAâ… -â…¡) scheduled to take radical nephrectomy were randomly divided into four groups(15 cases in each group).
