Except that the Normal Group and the Model Group are done nothing, the other groups are treated on request at the same time when successfully prepared. The contents of the vasoactive intestinal peptide in the sinuses ventriculi and proximal colon organization, comparing to Normal Group, go down, (P<0.01); Among the Model Group changes more obviously than the other Treated Groups, (P<0.05); Among the contents of the chiropractics combining with the acupuncture are the most.Conclusion:1.This experiment prove that Compositely Using the streptozotocin injected in the abdominal cavity, high calorie fodder fed irregularly, old arable soil intragastric administration more complete. 2. Chiropractics, acupuncture and cisapride can promote the secrete of the gastrin and the growth hormone release inhibiting hormone, regulate the contents of the vasoactive intestinal peptide in the sinuses ventriculi and proximal colon organization, which leads to influence the model New Zealand rabbits'food ration and gastrointestinal motility, as long as the effective mechanism of curing the diabetic.
