| Objective:To study early language development in pre-speech stage of some infants in the urban Jinan. Probe into the practical significance of the theory of Changing Steaming in Infant.Methods:Using Early Language Milestone Scale,179 infant's pre-speech communicating abilities were evaluated from age three months to one year. And the infant's neuro-psychic development levels were assessed synchronously with Development Diagnostic Scale of Children Aged 0~4 years.Results:1. The score of early language development increase correspondingly as long as the age increases. But its trend is different from the Language Development Norms for Infants in Shanghai.2. The infant's early language development level in receptive and visual subset has certain correlations with their manual skills and social adaptabilities.Conclusion:The theory of Changing Steaming in Infant has some guiding significance to modern medical research. The results confirmed that the rule of Changing Steaming in Infant has difference between individual. Both manual skills and social adaptabilities have positive correlations with receptivity and sight-based communicative competence in pre-speech stage. |
