The Clinical Manifestatation And Imaging Feature Of Cervical Arterial Dissection

OBJECT:To study the clinical manifestation and imagine feature of cervical arterial dissentionMETHOD:Clinical manifestation and imagine feature (MRI/MRA CT/CTA DSA) of 4 patients were analyzed restropectively.RESULT:(1)4 onset patients were younger, average age 46 years, both the internal carotid artery dissection, acute or subacute onset. (2)Similar to the process of clinical onset of ischemic stroke onset, manifested as TIA, cerebral infarction.4 cases in hemiplegia,3 cases in aphasia.(3)Diverse etiology, pathogenesis was embolism and hemodynamic changes.(4)CT, MRI showed cerebral infarction-like change,DSA or CTA for the C1 segment of internal carotid artery stenosis and expansion throughout the long turn. Head vessels were negative and the main neck vascular lesions.CONCLUSION:(1)Age of onset in patients with carotid artery dissection light,the main clinical manifestations of ischemic stroke;(2)Carotid artery dissection in patients with vascular disease mainly to the neck, head of vascular test results were negative.
