The Clinical Observation Of Using Three-dimensional Annuloplasty Ring To Tricuspid Annuloplasty

Objective:To analyze the use of three-dimensional shape of rigid tricuspid ring for the treatment of functional tricuspid regurgitation results.Methods:Since November 2004 to February 2010 in our hospital (108) patients with functional tricuspid regurgitation in patients with tricuspid quality three-dimensional rigid ring annuloplasty rings forming surgery on patients before before discharge, forward LA, LV, RV, EF value and tricuspid regurgitation were analyzed retrospectively, statistics processing. Results: Long-term follow-up of right ventricular end systolic diameter narrowing compared with the preoperative (P<0.05); postoperative compared with preoperative left atrial diameter narrowing (P<0.05); preoperative patients before discharge and follow-up no significant changes in left ventricular diameter significance; compared with baseline, right ventricular diameter before discharge significantly decreased (P<0.05), long-term follow-up significantly reduced (P <0.05), compared with prior to discharge, right ventricular diameter, no significant long-term follow-up; up EF values than the end of preoperative patients before discharge improved significantly (P<0.05); preoperative tricuspid regurgitation of moderate to severe account for 88.47%, mild regurgitation before discharge patients accounted for 93.75%,6.25% moderate regurgitation, does not appear severe reflux, follow-up, accounting for 90.63% in patients with mild regurgitation, moderate regurgitation accounted for 9.37%, does not appear severe reflux (see table 6,7,8).Conclusion: The use of prosthetic ring for tricuspid annuloplasty significantly reduce postoperative recurrence of tricuspid valve regurgitation, long-term effects were positive, significantly improved cardiac function, right ventricular diameter was significantly reduced. Tricuspid ring tricuspid annuloplasty should be routinely used in surgery.
