Ontology as a "clear shared conceptual model of formal specification", based on knowledge organization, you can use natural or semi-natural language broad, detailed and comprehensive description of the clinical pathway concept, terms and their relationship to construct a knowledge of network structure, can provide a method guide for electronic clinical pathway.This paper mainly has the following four parts:The first part reviews two aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of single disease ontology construction mainly involves——clinical pathway and ontology current research focuses on the medical domain ontology research status, given the already abroad, the electronic based on ontology Clinical path of study, but the theory is still in the exploratory stage, and domestic to this study has just been raised, there were no empirical studies to no practical application, this paper intends to apply the ontology to electronic clinical management, and empirical tests research to prove its scientific and feasibility.The second part describes in detail the basis for ontology construction-related knowledge, including ontology language, ontology construction tools, construction methods, construction principles and ontology evaluation.The third part draw on the common methods of medical ontology construction, "seven-step method", combined with the formulation of clinical pathways, clinical pathways proposed conceptual framework for ontology construction process.
