Objective:Investigate the health quotient and ability of health education in nurses, and analysis the relationship between the health quotient and ability of health education, in order to provide the theoretical basis for clinical work.Methods:Three levels of hospital were selected from the hospitals of Changchun city, top three hospitals, dimethyl hospital, diethyl hospital. The total of 415 survey questionnaires were returned 396 copies,287 copies of questionnaires.A questionnaire had three main parts:The first part was a general survey of nurses, including age, education, aged care and other basic information. The second part was the health quotient survey, including lifestyle, mental state, self-care, life skills and health knowledge of five questionnaires,20 questions for each part. There were five choices for each quotient, that is A, B, C, D, E, Corresponding points scored 1,2,3,4,5. The third part was the ability to scale health education, which had good reliability and validity.The statistics methods used includes Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis test, correlation and regression analysis, and so on.Results:1,Health Quotient case of clinical nurse:①Health knowledge scores(73.72±9.63) was the highest, Self-care scores(69.63±9.32)was the lowest in the five scores. Life style and mental state, self-care, life skills, health knowledge are correlated, mental state and way of life, self-care are associated, self-care and lifestyle, mental state, health knowledge were correlated, life skills and health knowledge was also correlated.②Life skills, health knowledge scores were increased gradually with the hospital level. The top three was lower and the diacetyl was higher in the scores of mental state. It was different in life style, life skills, health knowledge among different age groups of nurses, lowest of 30 years and below and highest of 41 years old and over. The trend was the highest of 41 years old and over, followed by 30 years of age, 31 to 40 years lowest in self-care.Self-care, health knowledge scores were increased gradually with higher education, mental state was decreased with higher education. Life style, life skills and health knowledge scores were increased with the growing age of nurses, and it showed highest of 21 years and over and lowest of 11 to 20 years in the scores of self-care. Life style, life skills, health knowledge scores were increased with the title, and it showed highest of senior title, lowest of nurse-in-charge in the scores of self-care.2,Ability of health education of clinical nurse:①Hospital level was higher, age of nurses was higher, worktime was longer, title was higher, the stronger the ability of clinical health education was.②There were obvious correlation between the five dimensions of health quotient and the ability of health education. Nurses'health knowledge was influenced educational capacity,Conclusions:1,The indexs of the four dimensions, Lifes tyle, mental state, life skills, health knowledge are in a more ideal state average. HQ in self-care dimension index is not ideal, worthing of vigilance state. There has correlation between the five dimensions.2,It is different in life skills, health knowledge, mental comparison in different levels of hospital nurses. Nurses of different qualifications in self-care, health knowledge and mental state are different. Different ages, different age care segment, different titles of nurses in life style, mental state, self-care, life skills and health knowledge also are different.3,The ability of health education is different between in nurses of different levels of hospitals, different age, different age care segment, different titles.4,The five dimensions of health quotient and ability of health education are correlated, health knowledge and lifes tyle are incorporated into the equation, health knowledge is the largest impact on the ability of health education.
