| Objective:To study Interventional therapy on transplant renal artery stenosis.Methods:Five patients with transplant renal artery stenosis were analyzed retrospectively for the curative effect of interventional therapy. The preoperative and postoperative blood pressure, serum creatinine, imaging findings were compared and analyzed. Result:Intervention operation in the all five patients are successful. Blood pressure, serum creatinine have decreased significantly compared with the preoperative and imaging examinations showed arterial stenosis before and after surgery improved significantly. Three patients have no postoperative complications, two patients have diabetes insipidus early after operation, which the result is unknown, rehabilitation discharge after active treatment. Conclusion:Interventional therapy is first-line treatment for transplanted renal artery stenosis. But how to prevent postoperative diabetes insipidus still need advance research. |
