Purpose:It was for objectively evaluating the clinical therapeutic effectiveness of Activate Spleen-energy Wet Way TCM therapy treated the disease of Non-bacterial Infection Diarrhea of the infants (Damp-heat Syndrome and Splenasthenic Syndrome). Through example study, it optimized and completed the clinical treatment protocols, and then formed into the technical norms of treating Non-bacterial Infection Diarrhea of the infants by TCM therapy. That provided the basis for promoting the use of TCM therapy of Diarrhea of the infantsMethods:Randomize 60 diseased infants and divide them into three experimental groups (G1, G2) and CG. The ratio of the experimental groups was G1:G2:CG=1:1:1 Treatment measures:G1 were treated by TCM therapy (take same prescribed TCM decoction by mouth); G2 were treated by TCM therapy (take same prescribed TCM decoction by mouth) plus massage therapy; CG were taking montmorillonite powder by mouthAfter a course of treatment in 3 days, I examined the frequency of bowel movements, defecation volume, feces character and color, feces odor, tongue manifestation, fingerprint, feces routine and dehydrating symptom. Then I compared the clinical points both before and after the experiment among the three groups and honestly wrote down the records of bad reaction during the course of clinical experiment and gave safe assess. Results:Before and after treatment, the total points of clinical symptom of three groups were different. Their difference had statistical meaning (P<0.01).After a course of treatment in 3 days, the clinical points of G2 (4.15±1.27) was different from those of the other two groups. The difference had statistical meaning(P<0.01); the clinical points of G1 (6.35±2.01) was compared to that of CG(7.00±2.15). Their difference had no statisticalmeaning (P>0.05).The general effective rate of Group A1 is 90% and Group A2's is 95% while it is only 85% for Control group. The difference between the general effective rate of the three groups has no statistical meaning (P>0.05). The significant efficiency rate of Group Al is 60% and Group A2's is 80% while 50% is for Control group. The difference between the significant efficiency rate of Group Al and Group A2 as well as of Group Al and Control group has no statistical meaning (P>0.05). However, there is a noticeable difference between the significant efficiency rate of Group A2 and Control group, so it has statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment measures of the three groups all could relieve diarrhea of the infants. But the therapy of G2 can significantly improve the diarrhea symptom of the infants. Its clinical points were better than those of the other two groups. Its general effective rate had no noticeable difference from that of Control group, but its significant efficiency was better than that of Control group. This approved that TCM therapy(take same prescribed TCM decoction by mouth)+massage therapy+Primary care was an effective and safe therapy to treat Non-bacterial Infection Diarrhea(including Damp-heat Syndrome and Splenasthenic Syndrome) of the infants.
