ObjectiveIn order to find the method that can relieve the patient'activity pain and get them well earlier after surgery, we choose the randomized antitheses and the former look up method, and contrast with the changes of pain assessment between medication before and after, and study for what kinds of effect to short-term knee function after medication.MethodsUsing prospectie randomized study method, By the study of The intervention of Bulleyaconitine A Tablet in postoperative motion knee pain, I am finding a way to relieve postoperative motion pain, in order to facilitate the early postoperative rehabilitation.ResultsThe study included cases,59 cases age 17~80, age (x±s)50.42±17.03, under 21 years, including 5 cases; 21~30 years,3 cases; 31~40 years,8 cases;41~50 years,13 cases;51~60 years,10 cases;61~70 years,12 cases;71~80 years,8 cases. In fracture types, we have three kinds of types, Patella fracture, tibial plateau fracture, and distal femoral fracture. There are 37 cases with 62.7 percent for patella fracture,13 cases with 22.0 percent for tibial plateau fracture,9 cases with 15.3 percent for distal femoral fracture. After treatment, In the treatment group,the pain scores between before and after treatment are significant different, and the pain scores between adjacent time periods are significant different too. In the control group, part of the pain scores between adjacent time periods are significant different. Compared with two groups, at 9AM the first postoperative day, the pain scores are close, and have no~significance difference. The pain scores of the treatment groups are lower than the ones of cntrol groups at the rest of the corresponding time period,and they have significance diffrence. In addition, after the treatment, the knee perimeter and the HSS knees scores in the treatment groups are lower than the ones in the control groups, and they also have significance diffrence.Conclusions1. Bulleyaconitine A Tablet has strong, steady improvements in the role of postoperative motion knee pain, it can play a stronger course of treatment the analgesic effect, and the efficacy of a more lasting stability.2. Bulleyaconitine A Tablet has Benign Intervention for Postoperative knee function recovery, it can Improvements in motion knee pain, and driven exercise in patients with enhanced functionality, indirectly, it promotes the swelling and the postoperative knee function recoveryusing.
