Objective:To observe the effect of fluid shear stress(PSS)on the cellular proliferation and cell cycle of pre-osteoblast cell line(mc3t3-el).Method:After pre-osteoblast cell line(mc3t3-el) were stimulated by the FSS, MTT assay and flow cytometry were applied to measure the cellular proliferation and cell cycle.Result:Sixty min FSS treatment accelerated cell proliferation significant.24 hrs after FSS stimulation, the percentage of phase S cells (14.67-1.18)%was increased 82.2%as compared to that of the control group(8.05-1.08)%p<0.01).Conclusion:FSS plays a positive role in promoting the cellular proliferation of the pre-osteoblast cell line(mc3t3-e1).
