Imbalance of apoptosis inhibition and cell cycle regulation is the important mechanism. In order to further explore the mechanism of QiYiYiGanJian(QYYGJ) on apoptosis and proliferation inhibition in mice, we explore the antitumor effect function and protect immune organ of QYYGJ on H22, at the same time, we explore the expressions of Survivin,Caspase-3 which are the key proteases of apoptosis and Cyclin D1 which is the key regulatory protein in G1 in the H22 tumor-bearing mice, all those can provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods:After injecting H22 hepatoma cell into their right axila,30 mice were randomly and equally divided into three groups:control group,treatment group and 5-Fu group. After 24h of postoperation, Control group received treatment of gem free saline,treatment group treated by QiYiyiganjian and 5-Fu group treated by 5-Fu.15 days later inhibiting rate was caculated, their thymuses and spleens were isolated and weighed to calculate the thymus and spleen indices. Survivin Caspase-3 and Cyclin D1 were examined by using immunohistochemistry straining method in the tumor tissue.Results:1. The tumor inhibiting rate of QYYGJ group was 37.28%, and 5-FU group was 50.48%;2.The influence of QYYGJ on the thymus and spleen indices:Compared to 5-Fu group, treatment group could inhance the thymus and spleen indices significantly (P<0.01);The difference between control group and treatment group is significant in thymus indices (P<0.01), but is not significant in spleen indices; The thymus and spleen indices are low in 5-Fu group, the difference between control group and 5-Fu group is significant in spleen indices (P<0.05), but is not significant in thymus indices;3.The results of immunohistochemisty:Expressions of Survivin in H22 cells are positive in three groups. the expressions of Survivin in QYYGJ group and 5-Fu group are decreased and apparently different from that of control group (P<0.05, P<0.01); Expressions of Caspase-3 in H22 are positive in three groups.
