| Objective:To choose a kind of sensitive methods to monitor recurrence and metastasis after lung cancer surgery.Methods:To measure the pre-operation and post-operation serum CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 level of a group of 61 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients by electrical chemiluminescent immunoassay.Results:post-operation serum CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 level decreased obviously which was significantly different from then pre-operation one (P< 0.05), the decline rate of post-operation serum CEA,CYFRA21-1 level in non-recurrence or metastasis group was significantly higher than recurrence or metastasis group (P< 0.05), and the rate in early stage group was also significantly higher than that in advanced group(P< 0.05), but the decline rate of post-operation serum NSE showed no significantly difference between non-recurrence or metastasis group and recurrence or metastasis group, also between early stage group and advanced group(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Measuring the serum CEA,NSE,CYFRA21-1 level of NSCLC patients is valuable for evaluating surgery curative effect and prognosis. |
