Objective:To investigate the expression of adhesion molecules CD15,CD11c and production of reactive oxygen species and the association of theirs in leukocytes of OSAHS and to observe the effects of nasal continuous positive airway pressure(nCPAP) treatment on adhesion molecules CD15,CD11c and production of reactive oxygen speciesMethods:30 Patients with OSAS confirmed by Polysomnography is OSAHS groups.18 subjects without OSAHS were recruited as control group which was marched with OSAHS groups in age and body mass index(BMI). all participants signed an informed consent before their enrollment. The plasma sample was venous blood (5ml)collected on empty stomach at early morning. Comparison of difference and association was made between OSAHS and control groups in terms of expression of adhesion molecules CD15,CD11c and production of reactive oxygen in monocytes and lymphocyte. Five day's Treatment of nCPAP was Performed in 10 OSAHS Patients. expression of adhesion molecules CD15,CD11c and production of reactive oxygen in monocytes and granulocytes were also compared before and after nCPAP treatment in OSAHS group.Results:1.expression of adhesion molecules CD15,CD11c in monocytes and lymphocyte of OSAHS。The expression of adhesion molecules CD 15 in lymphocyte of OSAHS patients was higher than that of control group (t=3.048,P<0.05); The expression of adhesion molecules CDllc in lymphocyte of OSAHS patients was higher than that of control group (t=2.658,P<0.05); The expression of adhesion molecules CD15 in monocytes of OSAHS patients was higher than that of control group(t=2.726,P<0.05); The expression of adhesion molecules CDllc in monocytes of OSAHS patients was higher than that of control group (t=1.611,P<0.05)2.The detection of production of reactive oxygen species in blood mononuclear cell. production of basal reactive oxygen species in monocytes of OSAHS patients was higher than that of control group(t=7.859,P<0.05) production of reactive oxygen species after adding Rosup higher than basal reactive oxygen species, and accordingly higher than that of control group (t=12.038,P<0.05)。3. The detection of production of reactive oxygen species in blood lymphocyte.production of basal reactive oxygen species in lymphocytes of OSAHS patients was higher than that of control group (t=16.250,P<0.05) production of reactive oxygen species after adding Rosup higher than basal reactive oxygen species, and accordingly higher than that of control group (t=7.436,P<0.05)。4.the effection of nCPAP trentment. The expression of adhesion molecules CD 15 in monocytes and lymphocyte of OSAHS patients was lower than that of control group, respectively, (t=4.257,P<0.05) and (t=3.997,P<0.05) The expression of adhesion molecules CD11c in monocytes and lymphocyte of OSAHS patients was lower than that of control group, respectively, (t=2.593,P<0.05) and (t=2.736,P<0.05), basal reactive oxygen species and reactive oxygen species after adding Rosup after nCPAP trentment in monocytes were lower than that of control group, respectively, (t=4.701,P<0.05), (t=5.739,P<0.05) basal reactive oxygen species and reactive oxygen species after adding Rosup after nCPAP trentment in lymphocyte were lower than that of control group, respectively, (t=6.008,P<0.05) (t=6.751,P<0.05)5.the association between ROS production and expression of two adhesion molecules CD15 and CDllc。ROS production is associated with increased expression of CD15 in lymphocyte (r=0.888,P<0.01; r=0.799,P<0.01), ROS production is associated with increased expression of CD11c in lymphocyte (r=0.901,P<0.01; r=0。849,P<0.01), ROS production is associated with increased expression of CD 15 in monocytes. (r=0.766,P<0.01; r=0.663,P<0.01), ROS production is associated with increased expression of CD11c in monocytes. (r=0.812,P<0.01; r=0.667,P<0.01)。Conclution:1.Sleep apnea syndrome is associated with increased expression of two adhesion molecules, CD 15 and CD11c in monocytes. and lymphocyte2.Patients with OSAHS had increased intracellular ROS production in some monocyte and granulocyte subpopulations.3.nCPAP treatment downregulated adhesion molecule expression (CD 15 and CD11c), lowered basal ROS production4. ROS production is associated with increased expression of two adhesion molecules CD 15 and CD11c in monocytes. and lymphocyte...
