The Effects Evaluation Of The 5+1 Linkage Health Education Interference In Structuring A Harmonious Society

Object:To find an effective health education method in order to reverse the prejudice and misunderstanding about medical costs, effectiveness and service aspects because of the lack of communication.Method:Adopting randomized and controlled trials desigh. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the 720 hospitalized patients from Cardiology ward and orthopedics in people's hospital in lvliang had been selected. The patients were divided into two groups, test group 360 cases and control group.360 cases The control group were treated with general health education, while the test group were treated with 5+1 linkage of health education interference. We designed and used a questionnaire which concerning about the impactation of physician-patient relationship. The survey were admitted at hospital admission and after a week treatment.Result:1.The basic information of demography such as gender, age, education, income levels et.of the selected hospitalized population between the two groups had no marked difference (p >0.05).2.The analysis of the answers to the seven major questions, and 19 little questions of the questionnaire between the two groups had no marked difference (p>0.05).3.The results of before and after interference in the test group showed a significantly statistical difference (p<0.05).4.The comparision between test group and control group after a week showed a significantly statistical difference (p<0.05).After interference①The proportion of attributing higher medical costs to social structure, economy, and medical costs greatly increased. The proportion of attributing it to hospital surcharge, and excessive medical examination greatly decreased.②The proportion of thinking that disease itself serious and complex closely related to medical risk. greatly increased.③The proportion of having rational expectation to medical service and effect increased, on the contrary,the proportion of believing that the medical effect absolutely related to hospital, medical staff, and cost decreased.④The proportion of understanding the difficulty of the hospital and the hardworking of the doctors greatly increased, and credibility to the doctors enhanced.⑤Much more patients could get along well with medical staff after interference.⑥The proportion of considering medical risk closely related to the difficulty of diagnosis and treatment level in the test group significantly increased after a week.Conclusion:The method of 5+1 linkage of health education can effectively eliminate or correct the prejudice and misunderstanding on high medical costs, medical risks, personalized care and other sensitive issues of hospital or medical staff. It is helpful for the establishment of objective efficacy expectations, and guiding the patient to understand the situation of the hospital, to promote harmony and mutual trust doctors and patients.
