The Significance Of The Expression Of Annexin 1 In LSCC And Its Surrounding Tissues And The Clinical Signficance

Objective:By investigateing Annexin 1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) and its surrounding tissues to discuss the relationship of laryngeal surgical margin and Annexinl through the detecting level of protein and gene.Analysis LSCC and the adjacent surgical margin with the clinical classification,clinical staging,degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis.Methods:With the methods of pathological observation, immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR to detected 32 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma specimens of fresh cancer primary tumor area and adjacent noncancerous mucosa at the junction of 0.2cm,0.5cm,1.0cm,2.0cm expression of tissue Annexinl situation.Results:Through the detecting level of protein and gene, the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Annexin 1 from the primary lesion 0.2cm→2.0cm appeared to increase progressively. Away from the 0.5 cm adjacent tissues, Annexinl protein staining intensity deep, On the contrary,it's staining light in the LSCC tumors and adjacent 0.2cm tissues.The expression of Annexin 1 might be related to che clinical staging(P<0.05), degree of differentiation(P<0.05),but no related to the degree of differentiation and clinical classification(P>0.05);RT-PCR determination of the expression of Annexin 1mRNA might be related to che clinical staging(P<0.05), degree of differentiation(P<0.05),but no related to the degree of clinical classification and differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Annexin 1 protein and mRNA in LSCC tissues to non-cancer area of incremental changes and the expression of adjacent 0.5cm inside and outside the significance of differential expression prompted to:Annexin 1 can be used as indicators of molecular biology malignancy of LSCC, and to guide pathological grade and stage of clinical guidance;It's safe that the 0.5cm beyond the primary tumor as surgical margin.
