| Objective:In order to investigate the pathogenetic mechanism of Heparanase,MMP-9, CathD at the occurrence of spontaneous abortion and the interference effect of LMWH,We research apoptosis and expression of Heparanase,MMP-9, CathD in decidual placental tissues of spontaneous abortion mouse models,normal pregnancy mouse models and LMWH intervention spontaneous abortion mouse models respectively. The study may provide new ideas for clinical monitoring and treatment of spontaneous abortionMethods:the normal pregnancy mouse models(20), the spontaneous abortion mouse models(20) and the Heparin intervention mouse models(20) were established Immunohistochemistry SABC method was adopted to detect the expression of Heparanase,MMP-9,CathD of Placenta tissue at the day 14 of gestation. Experimental data of statistical methods:Measurement data using one-way ANOVA and t test; Count data usingχ2 test.Results:(1) The Heparanase positive rate in decidual placental tissues of spontaneous abortion mouse models was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy mouse models and that of LMWH intervention spontaneous abortion mouse models.(P<0.01).(2) The MMP-9 positive rate in decidual placental tissues of spontaneous abortion mouse models was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy mouse models and that of LMWH intervention spontaneous abortion mouse models.(P<0.01).(3) The CathD positive rate in decidual placental tissues of spontaneous abortion mouse models was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy mouse models and that of LMWH intervention spontaneous abortion mouse models.(P<0.01).(4) The Heparanase positive rate in decidual placental tissues of normal pregnancy mouse models was Similar with that of LMWH intervention spontaneous abortion mouse models (P>0.05).(5) The MMP-9 positive rate in decidual placental tissues of normal pregnancy mouse models was Similar with that of LMWH intervention spontaneous abortion mouse models (P>0.05).(6) The CathD positive rate in decidual placental tissues of normal pregnancy mouse models was Similar with that of LMWH intervention spontaneous abortion mouse models (P>0.05).Conclusions:the express of Heparanase,MMP-9 and CathD in placental tissue was increased,So the abnormal expression of Heparanase,MMP-9 and CathD may be play the Important roles in the mechanisms of spontaneous abortion. the expression of Heparanase,MMP-9 and CathD reduced with LMWH intervention,so LMWH may play a role in spontaneous abortion prevention and treatment. |
