| Objective:Tissue autofluorescence depends on endogenous fluorophores in the tissue, which undergo a change associated with malignant transformation. We use fluorescence excition wavelengths varying from 375nm-760nm to induce tissue autofluorescence, when to make cystoscopy or TUR-BT for the patients who undergo bladder carcer. We use excitation wavelengths of 365-405nm,445-490,500-550nm,615-665nm,710-760nm respectively, to induce the bladder autofluorescence. Then, we collect the fluorescence images of tumor and vascular under the different light wavelengths and the white light. We analyze the fluorescence features of bladder tumor and blood vessels at the white light and the different excitation wavelengths.Method:We use transurethral resection of microscope or the fiber cystoscope of Olympus and the muti-spectral light source (science technology) as illuminant which can supply white light and the lights at 365nm-405nm,445-490nm,500-550nm,615-665nm,710nm-760nm wavelengths respectively. To make TUR-BT or cystoscopy for the patients who suffering from bladder tumors at different wavelengths above-mentioned. Then, we collect these images at different excitation wavelengths. Anayizing the fluorescent features of the tumor and vascular images at the different excitation wavelengths and the white light.Result:The tumor appears blue at the 365-490nm excitation wavelengths, while the vascular presents deep color. At the 500-550nm excitation wavelengths, the tumor is green while the vascular appears puce. Under the 615-665nm excitation wavelength, the tumor looks flavovirens and vascular are marron.At the 710-760nm excitation wavelengths the tumor and vascular are ambiguity because the field of vision is unclear.Conclusion:The tumor appears blue at the 365-490nm excitation wavelengths, while the vascular presents deep color. At the 500-550nm excitation wavelengths, the tumor is green while the vascular appears puce. Under the 615-665nm excitation wavelength, the tumor looks flavovirens and vascular are marron.At the 710-760nm excitation wavelengths the tumor and vascular are ambiguity because the field of vision is unclear. |
