Objective To investigate the sleep-disordered breathing on children physical growth and psychological behavior and the tonsils, adenoids resection therapeutic effect.Methods Polysomnography monitor and analysis software for 58 cases of children with snoring to sleep through the night to sleep monitoring; choose their conditions are fairly and without any physical and mental diseases, 50 cases of normal children as control group for all subjects for physical growth index measurement, and application Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) behavior of their psychological measurement, 58 patients with sleep-disordered breathing in children 6 months after re-assessment of psychological behavior. Using SPSS13.0 of data for statistical analysis.Results 1.Simple snoring and mild OSAHS group of children with height and sitting height is less than the control group, moderate and severe OSAHS in children with physical growth indicators are lower than the control group of children; 2.Groups of children of sleep-disordered breathing detection rate and abnormal behavior Total coarse points was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); boys mainly manifested in the divisive, negative interaction, forced sex, discipline, hyperactivity, girls mainly manifested in the body states, hyperactivity, social withdrawal, depression aspects; tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy surgery six months later, another line of psychological behavior of children measured after boys divisive, depression, body states., forced sexual scores and total points were significantly lower than rough preoperative values, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); girls in the depression, hyperactivity, physical states., attack, social withdrawal and total coarse sub-area scores were significantly lower than preoperative values, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Sleep-disordered breathing significant effect on children's physical growth and psychological development of behavior should be an early intervention; tonsil, adenoid surgery for sleep-disordered breathing has a significant therapeutic effect.
