ObjectiveTo observe endotracheal tube cuff filled with lidocaine versus lidocaine scream, which one can better inhibiting stress response of extubation. Which method has less complications of throatMethods180 patients with abdominal surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups, each group has 60 persons, the control group intracystic injection of the air, one group intracystic injection of alkalinized lidocaine, another group of front-cuff lidocaine cream. Observation heart rate and BP around extubation. Leave the PACU and at 24 hours after extubation in patients with cough, sore throat and hoarse voice, etc.ResultTwo observation group to varying degrees can reduce the stress response during the extubation period, the patient are more tolerance of endotracheal tube, blood flow dynamics are more stable than the control group. Postoperative sore throat, cough and other concurrency level than the control group also decreased.ConclusionsTwo observation group to varying degrees can reduce the stress response during the extubation period, the patient are more tolerance of endotracheal tube, blood flow dynamics are more stable. Postoperative sore throat, cough are also decreased.
