The exogenous pathogenic factors of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) refer six exogenous pathogenic factors (exogenous pathogenic wind, exogenous pathogenic cold, exogenous pathogenic summer-heat, exogenous pathogenic dampness, exogenous pathogenic dryness and exogenous pathogenic fire) and pestilence.Traditional Chinese natural outlook influence the formation and development of the exogenous pathogenic factors directly and decisively.The exogenous pathogenic factors of TCM which is modelled by the vigor ontology and the thought of correspondence between man and universe and is realized by the method of analysing the exogenous pathogenic factors according to the syndrome,are similar to the six climates in the way of imagery thought.The connection, infinity and whole concept of the vigor ontology exert difficulties in scientific researches.The thought of correspondence between man and universe cancels the difference of the things.As a result, the exogenous factors of TCM can not be verified and even in now days, it can not be explained by the modern languages.On the other hand, it shows that the exogenous factors of TCM are non-independent, but similar to the six evils according to the syndrome with analysing the association between the meteorological factors and the incidence of 285 cases of common cold.
