Preparing of CAM model. 3.Count the number of blood vessels under microscope, and then making statistical analysis.Results:1.Compared with control group, zaisheng decoction in large﹑medium,small -dose drug-containing serum group and heart-protecting pill containing serum group make a significant increase in the total number of blood vessels , large blood vessels and mediated blood vessels(n=10,P<0.01); Zaisheng decoction in large-dose drug-containing serum group and heart-protecting pill containing serum group make a significant increase in the number of small blood vessels(n=10,P<0.001);the number of small blood vessels in zaisheng decoction in medium-dose drug-containing serum group are increased(n=10,P<0.05); the number of small blood vessels in zaisheng decoction in small-dose drug-containing serum group were no statistics significance. 2.Compared with zaisheng decoction in medium-dose drug-containing serum group, zaisheng decoction in large-dose drug-containing serum group make a significant increase in the number of total number of blood vessels(n=10,P<0.001), mediated blood vessels and large blood vessels(n=10, P<0.05), the number of small vessels were no statistics significance; Compared with zaisheng decoction in small-dose drug-Containing serum group, zaisheng decoction in large-dose drug-containing serum group makes a significant increase in the number of total number of blood vessels and mediated blood vessels(n=10,P<0.001), large blood vessels and small blood vessels(n=10, P<0.01); Compared with zaisheng decoction in small-dose drug-Containing serum group, zaisheng decoction in medium-dose drug-containing serum group makes a significant increase in the number of total number of blood vessels(n=10,P<0.01), large blood vessels and small blood vessels(n=10, P<0.05), the number of medium and small blood vessels were no statistics significance.3.Compared with control group, leech drug-containing serum group makes a significant increase in the number of the large blood vessels and mediated vassels and total number of blood vessels(n=10,P<0.01), the number of small blood vessels was no statistics significance; Compared with leech drug-containing serum group, zaisheng decoction in large -dose drug-containing serum group makes a significant increase in the number of the medium blood vessels ,small blood vessels and the total number of the vessels(n=10, P<0.05), but the number of large blood vessels was no statistics significance.4.Compared with control group, the number of small,medium,large and total blood vessels was no statistics significance in gecko drug-containing serum group.5.Compared with the heart-protecting pill containing serum group, zaisheng decoction in large-dose drug-containing serum group makes a significant increase in the total number of vessels significantly increased(n=10,P<0.01), but the number of large,mediated and small blood vessels was no statistics significance.6.Compared with control group, zaisheng decoction containing serum high-dose with protamine sulfate group stimulates the angiogenesis of the small vessels significantly(n=10,P<0.001)and the total number of blood vessels(n=10, P<0.05), the number of large blood vessels and medium blood vessels were no statistics significance. Conclusions: 1.Zaisheng decoction obviously promote the regeneration of CAM angiogenesis in dose-dependent manner in physiological conditions, and generally speaking,better than heart-protecting pill.2.Zaisheng decoction can promote the angiogenesis in CAM mode of anti-angioge- nesis drugs intervention.3.Single drug ingredients leeches of zaisheng decoction aslo have the effect of angiogenesis in CAM, the intensity of single drug ingredients was weaker than compound.4. Single drug ingredients gecko of zaisheng decoction have not obvious effect of angiogenesis in CAM.
