| Objective: to investigate the effect on Atrioventricular block,heart rate,rhythm and safety of shen xian sheng mai kou fu ye(composed by the eight traditional Chinese medicine of hongshen,yinyanghuo,buguzhi,gouqizi,mahuang,xixin,danshen,shuizhi).Methods : Clinical observed 60 cases of patients with atrioventricular block and used randomized and econtrolled method to make them into two groups, Treatment group of 30 patients and Control group of 30 patients. The treatment group received treatment of shen xian sheng mai kou fu ye . The control group received treatment of xin bao. Observed the changes before and after treatment by ECG, Holter on heart rate,rhythm and clinical symptoms.Results :Both of the two drugs have effects on the bradycardia. The total effective rate of Shen xian sheng mai kou fu ye was 96.63%,compared with 76.67% of Xin bao. Besides of this, the effect of Shen xian sheng mai kou fu ye was superior to Xin bao on increasing heart rate and improving cardiac arrhythmia (P <0.05 or P <0.01)Conclusions:1,Random control study showed that oral treatment of Shen xian sheng mai kou fu ye have a positive effect on Atrioventricular block.Besides of this ,it also can cure or improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of patients.2,Shen xian sheng mai kou fu ye can increase heart rate in patients with atrioventricular block. |
