| Objective:Through clinical observation, evaluation of drilling decompression and bone graft the femoral head with the living bone articular injection injection treatment INFH of clinical efficacy.Methods:Select from March 2007 to September 2009 period,60 cases INFH orthopedic inpatients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30:Drilling decompression of femoral head in patients treated with bone graft after injection of live articular injection of liquid, the control group underwent femoral head drilling decompression and bone graft; after six months, patients were observed before and after treatment Harris score, imaging and overall efficacy of the different effects, statistical data, summarize, analyze effect.Results:Two programs have a significant effect on the INFH, both indicators of effective assessment and evaluation of imaging there was significant difference (P<0.05). The total effect of the two groups were assessed after treatment improved significantly compared with before treatment there were significant differences (P<0.05), and between the two groups after treatment, clinical observation of significant differences in indicators (P<0.05).Conclusion:INFH drilling decompression and fusion surgery, live hip bone injection intra-articular injection, can effectively relieve pain and improve hip function, reduce the pathological process of development, and promote the repair of femoral head necrosis, were followed up for six months showed that the method can significantly improve the symptoms and signs, show that the method has obvious advantages. |
