The total effect of the two groups were assessed after treatment improved significantly compared with before treatment there were significant differences (P<0.05), and between the two groups after treatment, clinical observation of significant differences in indicators (P<0.05).Conclusion:INFH drilling decompression and fusion surgery, live hip bone injection intra-articular injection, can effectively relieve pain and improve hip function, reduce the pathological process of development, and promote the repair of femoral head necrosis, were followed up for six months showed that the method can significantly improve the symptoms and signs, show that the method has obvious advantages.
