The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis By Cervus And Cucumis Polypeptide Injection And Fumigation With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To oberserve the therapecitlc effects and safety of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cold-damp arthralgia syndrome ankylosing spondylitis,and to explore the mechanism of action in order to provide futher exploration of Chinese and Westerm medicine in the treatment of AS with a safe and effective programs.Methods:Chooses 54 cases masculine patients which to conform to the inclusive criteria of the AS as the research object.Followed the principle of randomization,54 clinical cases were divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine,the control group was treated with sulfasalazine(SASP).The treatment lasted for 1 months.Though the 1 months'treatment,the following parameters were observed:the degree of pain,the degree of peripheral joint swelling,duration of back early morning stiffness(EMS),finger to floor distance,occiput to wall distance,ESR,CRP,the routine blood and urine test as well as the liver and the renal function test were observed.Results:Significant improvements were observed in the most of indicators,also the treatment group surpasses the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92.6%;and the control group was 74.1%.(P>0.05)Conclusion:The treatment group was superior to control group.Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine is effective and safe on the treatment of cold-damp arthralgia syn-drome AS.
