Objective To explore risk factors of gout and hyperuricemia in multitudinous possible influence factors about biology, psychology, society according to modern medicine pattern;To establish the'best'model by selecting the risk factors and find out the'best'model suitable to this research; According to the conclusion and specialized knowledge to propose the reasonable suggestions preventing gout and hyperuricemia to provide the theory basis and provide the methodology aspect for the similar research.Method The research object came from the hospital of 5 cities in Shandong province from February,2008 to December,2008,suffering from gout and hyperuricemia and other disease patients who going to treatment in the internal medicine of hospital in the identical time.Experimental group and control group were designed according to age,nation,birth area and so on basic consistency principle using qustionares to carry on the scene investigation to 43 suspicious dangerous factors on condition of 1:1 pairs design. This research used the EXCEL2003 establishment sample material database and the entire statistical analysis process mainly used statistical software SAS 8.2 and SPSS16.0.Fist of all,we tested the reliability and validity of the qustionare we designed and carried on the reasonable quantification to all investigations project;Second,to carry on the multifactors gradually regression analysis in the single factor condition Logistic regression analysis foundation and discovered the dangerous factors from multitudinous possible effect factors and had interactions among them and established the'best'model.To propose the rationalization proposal for the prevention of gout and hyperuricemia according to union statistics aspect conclusion and specialized knowledge.Result After carring on the reasonable quantification to all investigations project and separately diagnosing between various variables and the Logitp linear relations,we Screened 20 with the single factor Logistic regression analysis from 43 research factors to have statistics significance the suspicious dangerous factors According toα=0.10 standard.After the data relevant analysis, colinearity diagnosis and so on 15 factors entered multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Finally we obtained 7 dangerous factors and no interaction among them.They are education,personal monthly income,the everage volume of drinking beer,frequently drinking tea,often eat clams,regular physical exercise,serum uric acid.According to 7 dangerous factors we got,we finally discovered the finally the'best'model of this research.At the same time,after carring on the reasonable quantification to all investigations project and separately diagnosing between various variables and the Logitp linear relations,we Screened 17 with the single factor Logistic regression analysis from 43 research factors to have statistics significance the suspicious dangerous factors According toα=0.10 standard.After the data relevant analysis, colinearity diagnosis and so on 16 factors entered multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Finally we obtained 9 dangerous factors and had 3 interactions among them.They are education,personal monthly income,the everage volume of drin-king beer,frequently drinking tea,often eat shrimp,often eat crabs,often eat clams,regular physical exercise,serum uric acid and interaction among them.According to 12 dangerous factors we got,we finally discovered the finally the'best'model of this research.Then,we researched the 3 interactions by interaction research, by the qualitative analysis we knew,the 3 interactions had the sum of interaction;by the quantitative analysis we knew,the RERI of them are 1.143,1.266,1.282 separately.Conclusion Dangerous factors of gout and hyperuricemia were found out by application condition Logistic regression and relative importance among various dangerous factors had been discovered through the quantitative analysis;and we established the'best'model and achieved the research goal, provided in the feasible methodology reference for the similar research.We could find from the result the dangerous factor involved biological, psychological, social factor each aspect Conforming to the modern medicine pattern idea.Control measures should be developed according to the relative important between various dangerous factors,thus to prevent this disease, reduce the family and the social burden, improve the human quality.
