| Objective:To investigate eye drops drug-induced ocular surface damage to a variety of factors, and traditional Chinese medicine on the corner of eye drops toxicity caused by therapeutic effect of conjunctival lesions, with a view to better prevention and treatment methods in order to provide a basis for clinical work. Methods:The survey and the use of eye drops for ordinary residents to conduct a survey to find eye drops may cause ocular surface damage was caused by drugs; observe the effects of the dialectical treatment of patients with drug-induced ocular surface damage in 21 cases, and further explore the etiology of this disease, common symptoms and TCM syndrome type and treatment. Results:1.58% for eyes are not feeling well will choose to help hospitals,42% choose to buy medicine.67% to adhere to a hospital for treatment,81% of survey respondents trust doctors,67.33% can be prescribed by a doctor; 53% of people took note of eye drops in the hormone composition,58.33% of people would deliberately choose non-preservative eye drops,12.33% over the same time, the use of three kinds of eye drops,40.33% can be discontinued by your doctor.25% of human existence anxiety state,10.67% is depression. 2.21 cases of drug toxicity due to conjunctiva lesions were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment a week later, ocular symptoms, BUT, tear secretion function, visual acuity showed significant improvement; markedly effective rate was 100%, the cure rate was 57.14%. Conclusion:People for the use of eye drops remaining in the errors in rational use of drugs is to prevent the disease the key to disable the eyes of local drug, the correct application of traditional Chinese medicine is a dialectical treatment of the disease an effective manner. |
