| With the development of medicine science and the research on the mechanism of cancer, biotechnology of cancer curing has been medical in clinical application. The medicines that have a capable of achieving a therapeutic purpose, which can be combined with a target in a body selectively,are called target treatment.These studies of targeting agents, are the direction of future research.In the first study, I find that the Benzofuranisoquinolines similar with Indeneisoquinoline have targets with Type I topoisomerase and PARP,which can be effective in the symptoms of cancer and infection.After a large amount of literatures and computational chemitry design,make up two kinds of structure with three Synthetic paths. Were completed the following contents:1. Completed the synthetic pathl of structure A,synthetic 6-(2-aminoethyl)-2,3-dimethoxybenzofuro[3,2-c]iso-quinolin-5(6H)-one.2. Completed synthetic path2 of structure A,synthetic 6-butyl-2,3-dimethoxybenzofuro[3,2-c]isoquinolin-5(6H)-one.3. Completed synthetic path of structure B,synthetic 5-chloro-2,3-dimethoxybenzofuro[3,2-c]isoquinoline.4.In all the study, synthesis 19 compounds, include 11 new compounds and 5 Indeneisoquinoline analogues.5. Preliminary study the anticancer and antibacterial function of the synthesis compounds.6. Indentify the crystal structure of the intermediate compound by X ray.In the second study, Curcumin is an agent that extracted from Chinese medicine,and it has a lot of medical functions such as antioxidant, anticoagulation, decreasing Blood-lipid, resisting of atherosclerosis resisting the tumor,the human immune deficiency, antimicrobial resistance, viruses, worms, and so on. Curcumin has little poisonous and the security features.Its resistance to the tumor, especially the potential for growth inhibition stem cells have been attracted increasing attention,and become the hotspot of a new antitumor agent. With the literatures and guidance of mentor,I designed two kinds of Curcumin derivatives.Were completed the following contents:1. Analysis the synthesis process of curcumin pyrazole structure.2. Completed the synthetic path of Curcumin derivative1.3.Completed the synthetic path of Curcumin derivative2.4. In all the study, synthesis 6 compounds, include 3 new compounds and 5 Curcumin derivatives. |
