The Harmonious Solutions Of Livelihood Problems

After the 30-years reform and opening up,China makes a great progress in economic development.But we sacrified a lot ,especially in the area of people's livelihood.For the public,the biggest livelihood are medcial treatment,housing and education.they even call them"the 3 new huge mountains".Now it is very expencive for people to go to the hospitai,to buy the house,and to go to school.In this article,I focus on the three basic areas of the people's livelihood,and analy the theories and policies of the cnhiese ancient time and the west,and make good use of the theories and policies,to find the harmonious solutions of the people's livelihood.This paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter I is Introduction.The study background is put forward,and purpose and meaning of the study is defined. Chapter II ,livelihood goes first on the harmonious road.This chapter will introduce the chinese traditional wisdoms of harmonious civilization,and then defining the concept of harmonious civilization.Chapter III,People is the base in the medicial area.This chapter will analyse the morality which is necessary in medical area,and then get the result that people is the base .We must hold this idea to sovle the problems in the medicial areas. Chapter IV,Inaction is the key for the government to realize harmonious housing.Nowadays,government is doing so little in building the safeguards houses.So, as a regulator,government should insist"inaction"and act like the spokesman for the people's interest.Government should take responsibilities to make sure harmonious housing can go well. Chapter V,equity and justice are the key for the harmonious education.Education is the most important part for a country.now,there are many unfair things in this area.In order to sovle this problems,educators should eliminate discriminations and treat students equally;government should improve the education safeguards mechanism to realize the harmonious education. Chapter VI is the part of conclusion,this part will combine the chinese traditional wisdom and the policies in the western counties,and then try to find the harmonious solutions in the livelihood areas.
