Objective To explore the etiology,clinical feature of obsure gastrointestinal bleeding and the diagnostic value of double-balloon enteroscopy.Methods To analyzed clinical data of 82 paitent with obsure gastrointestinal bleeding were performed double-balloon enteroscopy,whose gastrointestinal bleeding etiology were not found by gastroscopy and colonoscopy. All of them were performed Double-balloon enteroscopy,and 22 patient perform laprotomy exploratory.Results A total of 82 patients with obsure gastrointestinal bleeding were performed double-balloon enteroscopy or laparotomy exploration,69 patients were definite diagnosis, etiological diagnosis rate was 84.15%(69/82),13 cases etiology were not clearly 15.85%(13/82).Among them, overt bleeding 74 cases (90.24%), obsure bleeding 8 cases (9.76%). In 69 cases of definite pathogeny, the most common disease was vascular deformity. And vascular deformity 20 cases(24.39%), nonspecific enteric inflammation 16 cases(19.51%), small intestinal tumor 9 cases, including intestinal mesenchymal tumor 8 cases(9.76%), intestinal adenocarcinoma lcase(1.22%), Crohn's disease 7cases(8.53%), diberticula of intestine 5 cases(6.09%), polyps 3 cases(3.66%), parasitie disease 3 cases(3.66%), intestinal tuberculosis 3 cases(3.66%), eosinophilic gastroenteritis 1 cases(1.22%), Radioactive enteritis 1 cases(1.22%), marginal ulcer 1 cases(1.22%).20 cases of vascular deformity including vascular malformation 12 cases, hemagioma 4 cases, Telangiectasia 4 cases.Conclusions vascular deformity (vascular malformation, hemagioma, Telangiectasia), nonspecific enteric inflammation, and small intestinal tumor are the main common causes of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding; Double-balloon enteroscopy is saft reliable diagnostic modality of high clinical value for obsure gastrointestinal bleeding.
