Objective: Comparison of different duration in different patients with type 2 diabetes with blood visfatin(VF), glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) and the changes in insulin pump therapy. Explore the effects ofβcell and insulin resistance of visfatin,glucagon-like peptide -1 related metabolic parameters.Methods: Selected 120 patients with type 2 diabetes, divided into three groups according to duration of disease: A group of 40 patients(male 20, female 20 cases) were less than 1 year for the duration of type 2 diabetes; B group choosed 40 patients(male 19 cases, female 21 cases) with type 2 diabetes (1 year 0.05); A group before and after treatment fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, visfatin, glycated albumin, insulin resistance index, fasting C peptide, fasting glucagon-like peptide -1 compared with B,C group changed in a significant difference (P <0.05), while the B group and C group had no significantly different (P> 0.05). The visfatin and waist circumference, waist-hip ratio, body mass index, insulin resistance index, fasting blood glucose were positively correlated. GLP-1 was positively correlated with fasting C peptide and negatively with fasting plasma glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated albumin.Conclusion:1. The different Course of type 2 diabetic patients with blood visfatin and glucagon-like peptide-1 compared with the control group, the visfatin increased gradually, and the glucagon-like peptide-1 gradually decreased. With the extension of course, the visfatin more and more increased and the glucagon-like peptide-1less and less decreased.2. Visfatin and GLP-1 were related with insulin resistance,the high glucose,βcell function,the development with diabetic complication.3. The insulin pump short-term intervention can significantly reduce the visfatin of type 2 diabetes showing the improvement of insulin resistance, delaying the development of diabetic complications has an important role. While the blood glucagon-like peptide -1 were increased, indicating that short-term insulin pump therapy in the repair of intestinal insulin secretion- insulin-axis, to improveβcell function, part of the early recovery phase secretion of insulin after the meal has an important role.4. The insulin pump not only had decreased the glucose,improvedβcell function and part of the early recovery phase secretion of insulin after the meal,improved the insulin resistance, delayed the development of diabetic complications.
