As the development of computer technology and network technology, virtual experiment has been widely applied to the experimental teaching of each disciplines. At present, according to the development situation of medical virtual experiment. It is abstract experiments especially, if it just present isolated knowledge points, is lack of abundant knowledge chain and related context design. Learners can only obtain the rigid and inflexible knowledge, still cannot solve specific problem of practice. It influence that learners could effectively learning and migrate knowledge in virtual context. Based on the knowledge context, the design of virtual experiment focused on the ability's cultivation of solution actual problem from the angle of leamers. It should not only consider the effective organization of intellectual content, but also construct simulation context.However, the research of virtual experiment mainly focused on technology, ignored the guidance of design theory. It lead to virtual experiment couldn't meet the multi-layered demand of experimental teaching, the students'basic skills, comprehensive ability couldn't be effectively improved. Aimed at the existing problems, the paper based on cognitive structure theory and migration theory, referenced the thought of user experience design, designed the medicine virtual experiment from three aspects of knowledge, situation and their fusion process, comprehensively analyses the emphasis of each aspect of Knowledge context construction.and provides the corresponding design thought from each aspect.In the knowledge aspect, it suggested that the organization of knowledge content launched from three levels:the design of background knowledge, the design of core knowledge and the design of application knowledge; in the context aspect, it put forward the building of context and the design of knowledge situation tree; in the fusion process of knowledge and context, it proposed the design of inquiry, reasoning and reflection on the construction of knowledge situation.According to the analysis of knowledge context's construction, this paper chooses the teaching content of popular science significance, takes the "HIV human immunodeficiency virus replication process" as development case. It shows the micro cloning process of HIV vividly, provides the relevant knowledge context such as pathogenesis, dissemination way. clinical case diagnosis, and constructs the rich meaning association for learners'learning. Then, it detailed expounds its specific development process and realization method. At last, it evaluated the necessity and feasibility of the development and application of the virtual experiment.The organizational structure and details of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter of this paper primarily introduced the background of the research issues, analysis the present situation about the theory and practice of medical virtual experiment. Summarize the core problem of knowledge chain lack and context deficiency.Based on these, this chapter proposed the design concept and research supposition of "knowledge context" applied in virtual experiment, describe the research significance, methods and contents.The second chapter of this paper interpreted the connotation of knowledge context in virtual experiment, introduced the theory of cognitive structure and migration and the thought of user experience design, Based on these, analyzed the guidance and reference of knowledge context in medical virtual experiment.The third chapter of this paper detailed analyzed knowledge context construction of medical virtual experiment, analyzed the relevance elements of the knowledge context,such as knowledge.context, the fusion process of knowledge and context, it explained the importance of how to design, the presentation and context design about each aspect.The forth chapter of this paper took the "HIV human immunodeficiency virus replication process" as development case, analyzed the teaching analysis, development processes, technical solutions, realization method and the attention of knowledge context construction in medical virtual experiment.The last chapter of this paper summarized the main work and shortages in this study, proposed further research prospects.
