tumor markers in ovarian cancer recurrence in patients with clinical significance.Methods: 40 cases of oarian cancer patients are testing the CEA, CA-125, CA-153, HCG at time before chemotherapy and after every 2 cycles of chemotherapy, observed and compared the changes, the results of the data are passed Statistical Analysis Statistical Software SPSS17.0. Results: 40 cases of ovarian cancer patients after detection of tumor markers CEA, CA-125, CA-153, HCG showed positive rates were 22.5%, 52.5%, 17.5%, 27.5%, while the combined detection of the four positive rate was 87.5%, the statistics study treatment, combined detection compared to significant test,it is characterized by significant differences (P <0.05). CEA, CA-125, CA-153, HCG treated after two cycles of chemotherapy, and four cycles, compared with before treatment, after treatment were statistically significant differences (P<0.05)。Combined detection of two cycles and four cycles after chemotherapy compared with before treatment, after treatment were statistically significant differences (P<0.05), After four cycles of chemotherapy, by CEA, CA-125, CA-153, HCG joint detection, 2 patients highly suspected recurrence, the Joint imaging eventually were diagnosed as recurrence was 100%.Conclusion: CEA, CA-125, CA-153, HCG detection of four tumor markers can significantly improve the detection of ovarian cancer recurrence and postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian cancer after therapeutic efficacy indicators of sensitivity, for the timely and effective treatment of ovarian cancer patients to provide reliable the theoretical basis.
