Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in treating patients with blood stasis syndrome in chronic glomerulonephritis.Method:75 patients with blood stasis syndrome in chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into treatment group and control group at random, with 45 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group respectively. The control group took the basic medicne and symptomatic treatment, while the treatment group was treated with the Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection as well as the basic medicne and symptomatic treatment. Two weeks were observed as one course of treatment.Results:Through clinical observation the therapeutic effects of the treament group was much better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The symptomatic score value of the treatment group is significantly reduced than that of the control group. The level of urinary proteins quantities is significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05), while it is much lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The level of Bun and Scr is significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05), while it is significantly reduced in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The parameter values of hemorheology are improved significantly in both groups(P<0.05), while they are improved significanly than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection is able to increase the therapeutic effects of treating chronic glomerulonephritis which is of blood stasis。...
