Objective:To observe the frightened side Yixin rapid arrhythmia model of coronary heart disease myocardial ion channels, its wide application in clinical basis. Methods:high fat diet combined with intravenous injection of epinephrine way replication coronary heart disease with tachycardia rabbit model,25 rabbits were randomly divided into model group, Yixin Ding Jing treatment group, Yixin Ding Jing Fang control group, amiodarone group and blank control group, rabbits in each group were observed and compared arrhythmia appearance time, duration, and the rabbits were measured by colorimetry myocardial Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP enzyme. Results:Yixin Ding Jing treatment group, Ding Jing Fang Yixin treatment group, amiodarone group compared with the control group, with tachycardia occurred time and duration, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); model group compared with the control group, myocardial Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP activity decreased significantly (P<0.05), Yixin Ding Jing treatment group, Yixin Ding Jing Fang control group, amiodarone group and model control group, myocardial Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP activity increased significantly (P<0.05); Yixin Ding Jing Fang control group and Yixin Ding Jing Fang treatment group, myocardial Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP activity increased significantly (P<0.05); amiodarone group and Yixin Ding Jing treatment group difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Conclusion:Ding Jing Fang Yixin enable rapid arrhythmia similar to rabbit coronary heart arrhythmia time delay, shorter duration; benefit the frightened heart could improve coronary heart disease similar to myocardial tissue tachyarrhythmias Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP activity, which may be similar to coronary heart disease prevention and control mechanism of rapid arrhythmias.
