Objective:By the clinical data research of blood oxygen saturation level of patients with chronic virus B hepatitis, explore the pathological features of hypoxemia and traditional chinese medicine syndromeMethods:According to patients with chronic viral liver disease stages in different groups, the system detected in patients with chronic hepatitis B blood xygen saturation. Collected clinical data and clinical data related symptoms and signs are summarized hypoxemia with chronic hepatitis B disease and the pathological features of Syndrome Distribution Law.Results:Patients with chronic viral liver disease on the age distribution of hypoxemia, patients older than 45 years the incidence of hypoxemia significantly increased incidence of hypoxemia proportional to age, disease incidence and reflected age-related and the incidence of hypoxemia increased with the disease rising, the incidence of different disease stages is significantly different, P<0.01. Visceral lesions mainly involve the liver, spleen, lung. Syndrome factor to liver depression (100%), drug (100%), spleen (91.92%), stasis (90.91%), deficiency (87.88%) dominated. Conclusion:Chronic viral liver disease in patients with age-related hypoxemia features, but its basic position in the liver and spleen disease, involving lung, all of them are closely related. To stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, blood stasis, liver and kidney is more than three types. Chronic viral liver disease blood oxygen saturation level of the development was trapezoidal with a downward trend.
