The Discussion About The Effective Treatment For The Hemangioma And Vascular Malformation Diseases

[Objective] To investigate the effective treatments for the hemangioma and vascular malformation diseases[methods] A total of 68 cases of hemangioma and vascular malformation diseases were collected from Mar 2010 to 2011 Mar. The clinical treatments such as oral drug, curing agent, copper needles operation.detention, surgical resection and comprehensive therapy were selected respectively according to the biological classification. All cases were followed up for one year to discuss the appropriate methods for the hemangioma and vascular malformation diseases on basis of the domestic and foreign bibliography[Results] All cases were given corresponding treatments in accordance with different types and developing periods. The clinical results were prominent with a high level of success. [conclusion] Appropriate method and the proper time are equally important for the treatment of vascular diseases; Vascular diseases need individualized treatment without ignoring combination therapy; There is no best solution to hemangioma, but appropriate method can obviously improve the prognosis Because of the unclear mechanism of hemangioma, there is no targeted drug or treatment and present therapies are based on the clinical experience.
