| Objective:To study the expression of Annexin A2 and CD 105 in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tissues and peficancerous tissues and their clinical significance.Methords:51 Samples of pancreatic cancerous tissues and the same number of peficancerous tissues were retrieved from the files of the Department of Pathology, NO.1 Hospital of shanxi medical university.and, immunohistochemical staining were used to detect the expression of Annexin A2 and CD105 in 51 cases of pancreatic cancerous tissues and peficancerous tissues. The correlations among the expression of Annexin A2,CD105 and clinical-pathologic feature were statistically analyzed with SPSS 13.0Results:1.Immunohistochemical analysis of Annexin A2 in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and peficancerous tissues shows that the positive expression rate of Annexin A2 in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tissues is 88.2%(45/51),in contrast, the positive expression rate of Annexin A2 in peficancerous tissues is 33.3%(17/51),the discrepancy between them was statistically significant(P<0.005),and in the pancreatic cancer tissues, the express degree of Annexin A2 was higher than it in peficancerous tissues(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of Annexin A2 in cancerous tissues of histological grade G3 was 96.8%(30/31), that was higher than the positive expression rate in cancerous tissues of histological grade G2 and G1 (75%, 15/20) (P=0.029). But, the expression of Annexin A2 in different clinical staging cancerous tissues wasn't statistically significant (P=0.079)2.The CD105 immunostaining is in endochylema and cytomembrane of Vascular endothelial cells, and is tan-yellow granular. the MVD marked by CD 105 in cancerous tissue is 11.24±3.18, and it's significantly higher than the MVD in peficancerous tissues (1.08±1.163,P<0.05).The expression level of CD105 was positively correlated with clinical stage and histological grade. The MVD of cancerous tissues in G3 is higher than in G2 (P<0.05),and that in G2 is higher than G1 (P<0.05).At the meantime, the MVD of cancerous tissues in clinical stageⅢ~Ⅳwas significantly higher than that in clinical stageâ… ï½žâ…¡(P<0.05)The MVD of cancerous tissues in Annexin A2 staining grade 3+was lower than those in other Annexin A2 staining grade (P<0.05).But, the MVD of cancerous tissues in Annexin A2 staining grade 0,+and 2+ wasn't statistically significant (P=0.615,0.243,0.459) Conclusion:1. The expression rate and expression degree of Annexin A2 in pancreatic cancerous tissues were higher than those in pficancerous tissues, and, the expression rate in low differentiated cancerous tissues was higher than that in moderately differentiated and well-differentiated tissues. it is implied that Annexin A2 can serve as the pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma's marker or target of treatment and dignosis.2. The MVD marked by CD105 in pancreatic cancerous tissues is higher that in peficancerous tissues,and the expression level of CD105 was positively correlated with clinical stage and histological grade. It is implied that CD105 targeting theropy for pancreatic ductal carcinoma could improve the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer,and,The MVD marked by CD 105 was correlated with the immunostaining grade of Annexin A2,it can infer that CD 105 and Annexin A2 may have some relevance in the development of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. |
