Objective: This study is to develop suitable for measuring perceived stress in Chinese research tool, and further used to measure stress among patients with depression perceived characteristics. On this basis, the analysis of stress perception and coping styles, dysfunctional attitudes and depression symptoms and other related factors.Method: Subjects were 604 university students and 302 depressive disorder patients, using interview, questionnaire survey method of data collection. Four studies were conducted in this paper: (1) Revise the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). We used the scale that was widely used in the foreign countries, according to Chinese traditional culture. We adopted structural interview and questionnaire method. (2) The perceived stress and the relationship between depression symptoms. Collected through the questionnaire survey data to explore the perceived stress symptoms of depression and various sources of depressive disorders and occupational differences of perceived stress. (3) We verified the mediating effect of coping style on perceived stress and depressive disorder symptoms by analyzing structure equation models. We collected data by using several questionnaires. (4)We verified the mediating effect of dysfunctional attitudes on perceived stress and depressive disorder symptoms by analyzing structure equation models. We collected data by using several questionnaires.Results:(1) Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) of the controlled sense of tension in two dimensions with the correlation coefficient is -0.523, significant correlation (p<0.01), according to the standard of the scale had acceptable discrimination. PSS evaluation of internal consistency Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.861 and 0.738, half coefficient was 0.618, re-test reliability was 0.806 and 0.883, with high reliability. PSS questionnaire question 12 after the deletion of item factor loadings were all above 0.4, the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.065, the model fit indexes good construct validity and criterion-related validity are good, which the scale has good validity. (2) PSS patients with depression scales in groups, evaluate internal consistency Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.858 and 0.822, half coefficient of 0.629, with high reliability. PSS questionnaire question 12 after the deletion of item factor loadings were all above 0.5, the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) was 0.079, the model fit indexes good construct validity and concurrent validity were good, indicating that the amount of Table has a good validity. Perceived stress disorder symptoms of depression have a direct predictor. A sense of tension and control scores of the two dimensions of symptoms can predict depression. Perceived stress in patients with depression controlled source of influenza in terms of employment and a significant main effect, interaction was not significant; tension in terms of occupation and source of main effects and interactions were not significant. (3) Tension can be positively predicted coping, depressive symptoms and peer assessment, self-assessment and peer assessment of depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms, a sense of control can predict negative coping style, his assessment of depressive symptoms, self-assessment and peer assessment of depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms. Ways to deal with some sense of agency and control tension with his assessment of depressive symptoms, depressive symptoms and self-assessment and peer assessment of the relationship between anxiety, coping style in which the intermediary role of negative than positive coping. (4) Tension could positively predict dysfunctional attitude, he assessment of depressive symptoms, self-assessment and peer assessment of depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms, a sense of control can predict dysfunctional negative attitude, his assessment of depressive symptoms, depressive symptoms and self-assessment and peer assessment Anxiety symptoms. Dysfunctional attitude can be partially mediated by a sense of tension and control symptoms of depression with his assessment, peer assessment and self-assessment of anxiety symptoms between depressive symptoms. Conclusion: (1) The reliability and validity of revised PSS were good not only for university students but also for depressive disorder patients. The revised PSS could be used as an effective tool in psychological research. (2) Perceived stress has a direct symptom of depression predict. (3) Perceived stress in patients with depression controlled source of influenza in terms of employment and a significant main effect, interaction was not significant; tension in terms of occupation and source of main effects and interactions were not significant. Perceived stress in patients with depression in rural areas feel less control, the city is better in patients; in terms of tension there was no significant difference between them. (4) Negative coping style can be partially mediated the tension and sense of control with his assessment of depressive symptoms, depressive symptoms and self-assessment and peer assessment of the relationship between anxiety symptoms. (5) Dysfunctional attitude can be partially mediated by a sense of tension and control symptoms of depression with his assessment, peer assessment and self-assessment of anxiety symptoms between depressive symptoms.
