| Objectives:We retrospectively analyzed the curative effect and side effects of four different NACT schemes(DC,PF,PT,TC) in order to investigate the efficacy of DC in cervical cancer. Methods:During March 2009 and September 2010, we chose 23 gynecological hospitalization patients with cervical carcinoma in the Second Hospital of Jilin University to use DC scheme for Neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Collect this cases of cervical area, chemotherapy time before surgery, chemotherapy side effects, operative time, operative hemorrhage, operative complication, the results of pathology, and compare DC group with other 61 patients (PF group 42 patients, PT group 14 patients and TC group 5 patients). Results:The overall marked improvement rate was 40.9%, and the overall response rate was74.3%. Four groups were almost the same in marked improvement rate, effective rate, average operative time, operative hemorrhage, operative complication and the results of pathology(p>0.05).23 patients with stage IIA bulky cervical cancer divided into two groups,DC group and PF group, no obvious difference in statistics(p>0.05). In the IIB stage,33 patients divided into three groups, DC group, PF group and PT group. The chemotherapy time before surgery and cervical area in the PF group were lower than other two groups. In the 16 patients withâ…¢stage, there were significant differences in the chemotherapy time before surgery, cervical area, operative time. Statistically, DC group was better than PT group. DC group had 23 patients, after 1-3 couse of chemotherapy, the whole patients reached operative standards, even advanced patients, and with the increase of the chemotherapy time, cervical area reduced more obviously. DC group has lower renal function lesion and baldness rate, while on difference in the bone marrow depression. Conclusions:DC group and PF group have equivalent efficacies in the early bulky cervical cancer. In the advanced cervical cancer, DC group is worse than PF group while better than PT group but because PF group has a higher renal function lesion rate, it must be take careful when use it on weaker patients. So DC group can be used for the patients with early bulky and advanced cervical cancer who are not tolerated by patients with PF. So, DC instead of PT, can play an important role in Neoadjuvant chemotherapy. |
