Objective:Use free anthraquinone, combined anthraquinone, polysaccharide, monotropein and other major components to be the indexes of Morinda officinalis and use UV detection, HPLC, etc., to compared the influence of six different methods for removing the woody core of root and four different processing methods for main components and to choose the best method for removing the woody core of root and the best processing method, then based on the best processing method,use orthogonal experimental design, UV detection, HPLC, etc.,to choose the best processing technology.The result have use to provide foundation for removing the woody core of root, clinical medicine and pharmaceutical preparations, Morinda Pieces of quality standards and standardized production.Method:(1) Study on different methods for removing the woody core of root of Morinda officinalis:quality testing of the conduct using different methods for removing the woody core of root; use UV detection, HPLC, etc., to compared the influence of six different methods for removing the woody core of root on anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone;use improved sulfuric acid-phenol method and UV detection to compared the influence of six different methods for removing the woody core of root on polysaccharide; use HPLC method to compare the the influence of six different methods for removing the woody core of root on monotropein.(2) Study on different processing methods of Morinda officinalis:quality testing of the conduct using different processing methods; use UV detection, HPLC, etc., to compared the influence of four different processing methods on anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone;use improved sulfuric acid-phenol method and UV detection to compared the influence of four different processing methods on polysaccharide; use HPLC method to compare the the influence of four different processing methods on monotropein.(3) Study on the best processing technology on Licorice processing officinalis:quality testing of the conduct; use UV detection, HPLC, etc., to compared the influence of conduct on anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone;use improved sulfuric acid-phenol method and UV detection to compared the conduct on polysaccharide; use HPLC method to compare the the influence of conduct on monotropein.Results:(1) Study on different methods for removing the woody core of root of Morinda officinalis:Comprehensive evaluation index M show, the different methods for removing the woody core of root of strengths and weaknesses are as follows:Cooking Method> Moistening Method>Salt steam Method >Soaking Method>Steam Method after Soaking>Steam Method.(2) Study on different processing methods of Morinda officinalis: Comprehensive evaluation index of M show, the different methods for processing method of strengths and weaknesses are as follows:Licorice processing officinalis> Alcohol processing officinalis> Salt processing officinalis>Morinda meat.(3) Study on the best processing technology on Licorice processing officinalis:Orthogonal experimental design show the best processing technology of Licorice processing officinalis as:A3B3C1,8%licorice of the amount,15min of stir-fry time,100℃of cooking temperature.Conclusion:use the influence of the different methods for removing the woody core of root and the different processing methods on anthraquinone, combined anthraquinone, polysaccharide and monotropein to evaluate comprehensively of Morinda officinalis; selected the best method for removing the woody core of root which is Cooking Method, but because of Cooking Method is kind of processing methods, so the best method for removing the woody core of root is Moistening Method; selected the best processing method of Licorice processing officinalis,but it can't prove the other processing methods unscientific and unpractical;selected the best processing technology of Licorice processing officinalis, but it does not negate the other processing methods of the scientific and practical; optimized made the best processing technology Morinda officinalis, and the result have use to provide foundation for removing the woody core of root, clinical medicine and pharmaceutical preparations, Morinda Pieces of quality standards and standardized production. |
