Background:Cervical spine in the smallest, but the maximum range, the highest frequency of activity, but also because of its anatomical characteristics, it is vulnerable to a variety of dynamic and static elements of the injury. With the advent of an aging society, computer, network popularization, the incidence of cervical disease has gradually increased, according to the domestic literature, vertebral artery type of cervical disease incidence rate of 17.3%, accounting for 10% of cervical disease to 15%, and after the incidence of cervical nerve root. In recent years, the disease tends to younger age of onset, as the population increases, competition intensifies, the overload of work intensity and time, the incidence of the disease increased year by year, the patient's life, work great impact. Over the years clinicians working on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of work, in a safe, effective, side effects, such as the concept of low-cost guidance, clinicians achieved many breakthroughs, summed up to create many new technologies, the formation of many genres, to improve the Chinese medicine treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis made many contributions, but because there is no uniform, objective evaluation of the efficacy index, each of the said affected patients and the medical treatment of acupuncture effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery awareness, and medical workers to improve their technology. Objective:Observation of Warm Acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical clinical efficacy; using color Doppler ultrasound Moxibustion cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery hemodynamic effects of temperature and type of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery blood flow dynamics mechanism. Methods:The clinical research method, prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study method, setting up the sample diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and standards for clinical trials suspended. After the patients agreed to participate signed the informed consent research by the researchers recorded their general questionnaire; respectively before and after treatment, clinical symptoms and signs of illness completed scorecard; to the patient that the test of meaning and purpose, a unified standard language guidance, counseling patients correctly understanding the problem, investigating the contents of scale and in accordance with the actual situation of the patients completed self-feelings, on the information collection was incomplete, missing values "20% of cases to be removed; treatment before and after the 3d, the use of Acuson128×P/10 color Doppler (5-7MHz linear probe) detection of vertebral artery of patients with changes in the following indicators:"1> peak systolic velocity (VS)<2> end-diastolic peak velocity (VD)<3> Peak to Average blood flow velocity (VM)<4> pulsatility index (PI)<5> resistance index (RI), all data are completed by SPSS13.0 statistical package, count data were analyzed by chi-square test, significance levelα=0.05, When p<0.05 as significant difference, when p<0.01, compared with significant difference; measurement information and data expressed as mean±standard deviation (X±S), among groups were the number of pairwise comparisons using One-way ANOVA (SNK) for analysis. Results:Treating group and control group general informatiion, including age, gender, respectively, by t test and chi-test,no significant difference between the two groups were comparable;on two groups of patients before treantment of the independent samples t test indicators, with a variancehomogeneous; treatment, clinical efficacy integral decreased significantly, but the treatment group decreased more significantly in both groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, both groups changes in the value of echocardiography, including the mean velocity (VM), systolic peak velocity (VS), Shu Zhangfeng value of blood flow velocity (VD), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) were increasedHowever, more significant changes in the treatment group indicator, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:This study not only observe the temperature of acupuncture on patients with vertebral artery type of cervical symptoms and signs of improvement, but also by color Doppler ultrasound for the treatment of vertebral artery hemodynamics before and after the study as an objective observation of indicators of the temperature of acupuncture treatment of vertebral arteryHemodynamics of cervical spondylosis, increasing the reliability and comparability of clinical research, this research shows warming acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis efficacy, side effects, worthy of clinical application.
