The control group don't treat by acupuncture. But both of two group are treated by Chinese medicine. The treatment:One month as a period. Both of the groups, Chinese medicine is given everyday. The operations of acupuncture is every other day. After symptoms stabilized, We strengthen treatment only. The two groups will be treated for three courses. Before treatment, we evaluate the two groups'Condition by YGTSS. After every a period of treatment, do evaluation like before. Statistical package of SPSS17.0 is used for statistical analysis. Data before treatment compared with the after by paired t-test. Gaussian distribution measurement date was recorded by mean±SD (x±s), and analyzed by paired T-test and independent samples T-test. Numeration data was analyzed by chi-square test (X2 test).ResultsDuring the treatment process,2 case of the treatment group was lost, and 1 of the control group. Therefore, there were 28 patients in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group at the end of the treatment. The outcome still have statistical significance.1.Clinic effectsSynthesized effects:total effective rate of treatment group was 96.4%, and it was 72.4% in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Treatment group had better curative effect than the control group. The results show curative effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine Combination therapy better than only using traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Simple Motor tics effects:total effective rate of treatment group was 100%, and it was 87.5% in the control group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The results show the two groups have the same effect in terms of simple motor tics. Mixed vocal tics effects:total effective rate of treatment group was 90.91%, and it was 53.85% in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The results show that the treatment group had better curative effect than the control group in terms of mixed vocal tics. Overall damage effects:total effective rate of treatment group was 96.4%, and it was 72.4% in the control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The results show that the treatment group had better curative effect than the control group in terms of overall damage.2. Observed indicators before and after treatmentWe evaluate the two groups'Condition by YGTSS before and after treatment. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). It said that two scores of YGTSS were lower. We evaluate the two groups'Condition in terms of simple motor tics by YGTSS before and after treatment. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P< 0.05). It said that two scores of YGTSS in terms of simple motor tics were lower. We evaluate the two groups'Condition in terms of mixed vocal tics by YGTSS before and after treatment. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). It said that two scores of YGTSS in terms of mixed vocal tics were lower. We evaluate the two groups'Condition in terms of overall damage by YGTSS before and after treatment. There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<<0.05). It said that two scores of YGTSS in terms of overall damage were lower. 3. Relationship between effect and genderIn the two groups, total effective rate of the male children was 83.72%, and it was 85.71% in the female children. There was no statistical difference between the male children and the female children (P>0.05). The results show that there is no direct relationship between effect and gender. 4. Relationship between effect and ageBy chi-square test, there was significant difference between each age group(P<0.05). By contrasting the effect between age group of 1-5 and age group of 6-10, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). By contrasting the effect between age group of 6-10 and age group of 10-16, there was statistical difference (P<0.05). The results said that there is inaccurate relationship between effect and age. The age group of 6-10 had better curative effect than the age group of 10-16. 5. Relationship between effect and course of diseaseBy chi-square test, there was significant difference between each uration course group(P<0.05). By contrasting the effect between uration course less than one year and uration course one to three years, there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). By contrasting the effect between uration course one to three years and uration course more than three years, there was statistical difference (P<0.05). The results said that uration course one to three years had better curative effect than uration course more than three years. 6. Relationship between effect and TCM syndromeCompared two groups of Chinese Medicine Clinical symptoms, there was no statistically significant difference between the effect (P>0.05). In treatment group.effective rate of the Gankangfengdong was 88.89%. And effective rate of the Tanhuoraoxin, the Pixuganwang, the Yinxudongfeng were all 100%. There was no statistical difference between them (P>0.05). The results show that TCM syndrome could not affect the efficacy during the treatment. In control group, effective rate of the Gankangfengdong was77.78%, the Tanhuoraoxin was 75.00%, the Pixuganwang was 66.67%, the Yinxudongfeng was 66.67%. There was no statistical difference between them (P>0.05). The results show that TCM syndrome could not affect the efficacy during the treatment. In summary, there have no necessary connection between effect and TCM syndrome.ConclusionTo observe the clinical efficacy of 3-xian points and Dingshen points as main in treating Multiple Tice. Before and after treatment, we evaluate the two groups'Condition by YGTSS. The results show that treatment group had better curative effect than the control group. There was significant advantage in the treatment of mixed vocal tics and overall damage by Jin s 3-Needle Therapy. The effect of Multiple Tice has no necessary connection with gender and TCM syndrome. But has relationship with age and course of disease.
